Getting started
What do I need to start generating?
An account and at least one credit pack. There is no free tier — all accounts start with zero credits.
Which browsers are supported?
Latest Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox. Live mode requires Chromium-based browsers for stable WebRTC audio.
Is there a desktop app?
Web-only today. A native macOS app for low-latency Live routing is in beta.
Voices and cloning
How many voices ship with the platform?
20+ professional voices across 8+ accents, with new voices added monthly.
How does cloning work?
You record a 30-second consent statement plus 30–60 seconds of natural speech. Reviewed within 24 hours.
What's the clone limit?
5 active clones per account. Delete an old clone to free a slot.
Are clones private?
Yes. Only the account owner can use a cloned voice.
Studio
What output formats are supported?
WAV (48kHz), MP3 (192kbps), and OGG.
What's the maximum text length per generation?
5,000 characters per request. Longer texts are auto-chunked at sentence boundaries.
Can I control speed and pitch?
Yes. Speed (0.5x–2x) and pitch (-12 to +12 semitones) per generation.
Live
How does Live work?
Your microphone is routed through our voice-conversion engine and emitted on a virtual audio device.
What's the latency?
Typical end-to-end latency is 120–200ms on a good connection.
Does Live record my session?
Only if you toggle 'Save session' on. Otherwise nothing is stored server-side.
Billing
Do credits expire?
No, never.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase.
What payment methods are supported?
NGN via Paystack. USD via Stripe.
