1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Lumify Voice (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Credits and billing
The Service is paid. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed on use. Credits are non-transferable and do not expire.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to impersonate any real person without explicit consent, to create misleading deepfakes, to harass any person, or to violate applicable law.
5. Voice cloning consent
Cloning requires you to record a verbatim consent statement. You represent that you are the speaker, or have written authorization from the speaker.
6. Content ownership
You retain rights in the text you submit and the audio output you generate. Lumify retains rights in the underlying models, voices, and platform.
7. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits at the time of termination for cause are forfeit.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty.
10. Governing law
Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; disputes resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
