Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email), billing data (handled by Paystack / Stripe), generation inputs (text, voice ID, settings), and Live session metadata (duration, latency, voice ID — never raw audio).
2. Voice recordings
Clone consent and reference recordings are encrypted at rest. They are accessible only to our review team and are deleted 30 days after approval or rejection.
3. Generated audio
Studio outputs are stored on your account until you delete them. Live audio is streamed without server-side persistence unless you opt in.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share with subprocessors strictly to operate the Service (Cloudflare, Paystack, Stripe, AWS, Resend).
5. Retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
6. Your rights
You may export, correct, or delete your data from Settings → Privacy at any time.
